Teabags come in a heat sealed and resealable pouch.

Place 1 teabag in a mug / cup add freshly boiled water, allow to brew for 3-5 mins, cover cup to contain the volatile oils. Remove teabag after desired time add sweetner of choice if needed. Enjoy!
